CLIP: Exploring spatially-distributed liquefaction impacts using GOSEP.

GOSEP is the Georeferenced Oregon Soil Engineering Properties Database (https://ohelp.oregonstate.edu/GOSEP/) developed by CLIP. In addition to the database, several tools have been developed to exploit and explore these data to their full potential. One valuable tool is a digital drillhole, which interpolates a soil profile and associated geotechnical properties from nearby borings. This tool also provides uncertainty estimates. Now the research team is developing tools for 3D liquefaction potential mapping utilizing this database. Come learn about GOSEP, the tools, and future developments!
