Naval Postgraduate School STEM interns have created a network visualization and disaster effect modeling tool in support of Oregon's Office of Resilience and Emergency Management under a technical support agreement. This tool allows emergency managers to assess the vulnerability of community resilience hubs and networks and model the effects of hazards such as earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, and fires.
